Fallbrook Gem & Mineral Society

The Fallbrook Gem & Mineral Society (FGMS), established in 1957, is a nonprofit organization located at 123 W. Alvarado Street in Fallbrook, California. Dedicated to the appreciation and study of gems, minerals, geology, paleontology, and lapidary arts, FGMS operates a free museum and gift shop open to the public on Fridays from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM and Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The museum showcases a diverse collection of mineral specimens, fossils, and gemstones from around the world, offering visitors a glimpse into the Earth's natural treasures. In addition to its exhibits, FGMS hosts educational programs, workshops, and events such as the annual Fall Festival of Gems & Minerals, fostering community engagement and learning.
