My family and I had such a wonderful time over the weekend here! The house was well maintained and the grounds were neatly kept. The front yard was so welcoming and peaceful with a fountain and wind chime. The bedrooms were sizeable and comfortable. The backyard was so expansive with a pickleball court and basketball hoop, a vineyard, and a horse and a donkey nearby. The kids (and adults!) had such a fun time in the pool with a neat bridge that we swam under to get to the deep end. The host Kierstin was so responsive and nice and went out of her way to make sure we felt at home.

It was a fantastic trip with the whole family! The host Kierstin , was awesome, always willing to do whatever need be to make our stay enjoyable! We would definitely stay here again!!

So first off, let me just say they went above and beyond upon our arrival. We walked in to see a welcome sign for our family and friends, along with a bag of s’mores, which was so thoughtful since I knew we had lots of little kids coming. Thank you for that! We planned our annual friend trip at this home and it was really special. The pool is huge and the deep end is about 12 feet, which was so fun for the kids. There is a pickleball court will saw a lot of use and a really nice outdoor lighting and speaker system controlled by an iPad. There is a nice fire pit for s’more’s, which the kids loved. We also made good use of the blackstone grill for breakfast everyday which was a breeze to cook and clean with. There is a neighboring field with a horse and donkey which the kids loved feeding carrots, and celery to. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this home to any large groups looking for a beautiful place to relax, connect and play. Thanks again!

Loved hearing from CCO the mule. Last minute instruction about cookong omdtructions was a surprise. Sauna was not functional. Pool and hot tub were great and well used. House had a few small items thst diddn't work.

This home is beautiful and spacious. Everything worked as promised and we especially enjoyed the pickleball court, spa, and fire pit. The special surprise was Baxter and Coco the donkey and pony that came to visit the adjacent property. They love carrots!🥕

My husband and I came to Fallbrook for our wedding and our family stayed at Kierstin’s home. It was a perfect home for our trip. The outdoor space was amazing, with tons to do and plenty of space to relax and enjoy. The kids loved the pool! The house was clean, as listed and we will definitely come back. Thank you!

We loved the spaciousness of the home and guest house, it was perfect for our group of 12. The patio space was great and we enjoyed the pool, spa, pickleball court, fire pit, grilling out and just soaking up the sun. Kiersten was extremely helpful in advance of our arrival with helpful tips and suggestions. Only one small hiccup with the spa not working when we arrived but she jumped right on it and kept in communication and made sure to have it serviced and ready for us to use the next day. I would happily stay there again.

We were searching for Air BNB close to are daughter wedding venue to provide as a home base. The home is wonderful, spaces clean, with all the amenities as advertised. The view with grazing pony and donkey being a pleasant surprise with home meet all our expectations. The Casita provided comfortable privacy with a pleasant view.

We had the best time at Villa Serena! Kierstin was extremely kind and responsive. The property was really clean and absolutely beautiful. Both the adults and kids had a blast!

The House was perfect for our crew of 13. Lots for the kids to do every day with the pool, trampoline, and basketball hoop and beautiful surroundings for the adults to relax and enjoy the scenery. The house is equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location was great for us because it was drivable to everywhere we wanted to go but nice to be able to come back to some peace and tranquility.

This place was in a beautiful private neighborhood that felt very safe and had lots of fun things to keep the kids entertained. Instructions were amazing and the host was extremely responsive and accommodating. We definitely will be back.

We had a great time visiting for our girls trip! The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful and we loved having access to a pickleball court to play whenever we wanted to! The mattresses were all very comfortable and had clean linens. We spent a lot of time in the hot tub and loved that the property was private! One of the highlights of our trip was the horse and donkey adjacent to the property; we fed them carrots and they were so cute grazing in the bright green field! We will be coming back again!

Loved this home. It was so nice to be in a more secluded, peaceful place, but still within driving access to everything we wanted to do. The home and landscaping were absolutely beautiful and the host was so responsive, helping answer questions and having supplies delivered when we ran out.

We booked this Airbnb because of its pristine beauty, size, peaceful location, and lots of wonderful amenities which did not let us down. The house was used as the primary gathering place for hosting all our family members who traveled from Boston, and Oklahoma to celebrate my mom’s 90th birthday, and the house was loved by all. I would definitely recommend this home to everyone, and we are looking forward to returning here in the near future.

Villa Serena is an incredible home and my group had an amazing trip here. The amenities are awesome (whether for kids or adults) and we made use of just about everything while we were there, including the electric piano and the outdoor pizza oven. The rooms have a good layout and accomodate 10-12 adults easily and comfortably. Despite being on a relatively large property, everything felt close together / connected in a good way - great for being together but doing different activities. The property also has a great view of the surrounding area. The neighbor's 2 cute cats wandered over for a visit while we were hanging out outside and were fun to play with. The only surprise was finding out about a week before that we couldn't cook odorous foods inside the house (i.e. bacon, deep frying, etc.) due to an odor sensitivity, so we had to change our meal plan list and cook a couple things outside on the grill. But we made it work and had a great time! Highly recommend this amazing place

I would best describe this as a property vs just a house! We flew in our family from over seas and wanted to accommodate all the different age groups. We also felt very private and tucked away within beautiful surroundings. The whole family enjoyed the pickle ball court and the kids practically lived in the pool!

We very much enjoyed our stay here. We had plenty of space for our family and enjoyed the backyard activities with pool, hot tub, and pickleball courts. Place was perfect for our family. Thanks for the magical Christmas vacation.

This was a beautiful, amenity-filled home for my large family gathering! There were so many surprises, from the pizza oven to the neighbor’s kittens who served as our “itty bitty kitty welcoming committee” when we arrived. The spa was perfect and the views at sunset were truly special. Highly recommend!

When booking Brian and Kierstin’s place, the stunning photos and ample space were an immediate selling point, and arriving at the property we were blown away by how beautiful everything was. My siblings, their kids, my mom, and our dogs had such a wonderful time with plenty of time spent swimming or playing pickle ball, or just enjoying the views and catching up. Kierstin was even so kind to drop off a few extra supplies for us to cook with since we were staying over Thanksgiving and wanted to do a nice meal together. Absolutely great spot, would definitely stay here again!

The pictures do not do it justice! Brian's place is gorgeous and we had an absolute blast! Brian was very communicative from start to finish and the amenities at the house were endless. The group especially loved the pickleball court! If we are ever back to Southern California, we will definitely be booking Brian's place again!

Great place to stay. The kids had a lot of fun in the pool, trampoline & basketball court/pickle ball court. The only thing I wish I knew beforehand was we really couldn’t cook any ethnic food because we didn’t want to have to pay a fee. But understandable since it is their home. Other than that, the home is beautiful and it was such a peaceful place to stay.

If you're looking for a relaxing weekend with family or close friends with plans to go nowhere and simply enjoy a relaxing yet active stay. This property will not disappoint. What you see and read for this listing is accurate. We had a 5 star experience with this property.

We loved staying in this beautiful home! The amenities were great and the house had everything you need. Brian was super responsive and very friendly! We definitely recommend this place if you want a peaceful staycation staying inside a lovely home.

Overall we had a great stay at Brian’s place. It was way better than the photos. It took our breath away with all the beautiful details and love that was poured into the home. We truly enjoyed our stay and would be back again.

The place was beautiful. It was absolutely perfect for our whole family. Everyone had their own space, including a private casita for my parents. The pool was absolutely amazing. You really don’t even need to leave this place, between the pool and the tennis/basketball court, and the trampoline. Not to mention the animals that are on the property, which we all loved to go over and visit. If you are traveling with your whole family like we did, and have kids, this is the place for you.

Hosts were very responsive which was nice. Great place to travel with kids and the pickleball court was super fun. Overall nice and clean place.

We had a wonderful stay here. It felt like a tropical resort with the palm trees and Tiki decor around the pool and hot tub. We were a party of 9, including 5 kids, and we all had sufficient sleeping arrangements in very comfortable beds. Our kids really enjoyed the in-ground trampoline and we adults enjoyed using the pickleball court. The property has scenic views overlooking the landscape and we took advantage and ate outside at every opportunity. We were hesitant about the drive to Legoland and Oceanside beach, but it turned out it wasn't much of an issue, and we got more bang for our buck in terms of amenities at this location. The hosts were very responsive and courteous when we had questions. We would definitely recommend this place for families or anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation stay.

We were eager to enjoy the house for a family vacation and were very pleased to find the place even better than the photos and description. The house easily handled 6 adults and 2 kids. We used all three amenities the place had to offer: the pickleball court, the pizza oven, the fireplace, the pool, the trampoline, and the friendly farm animals next door. Overall great stay and responsive hosts. We were coming from La Mesa (only an hour away) and it felt like a great getaway. Beautiful landscape and peaceful family vacation. We would go back!

The pictures do not do justice to this beautifu, spacious home. Each room was furnished with decorative, comfortable furniture that enhanced our family time together and our fun. The pool was heavenly (the grandkids went crazy over it), and the outdoor fireplace was a great venue for evening time s'mores and story telling. Complete with tennis court, pickel ball, and basketball court there was always somthing entertaining to do. Brian was a wonderful host and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed to make our family reunion most memorable!

Stayed with family with young kids and had a very pleasant and joyful stay! Everyone was happy with the open and outdoor spaces. Super relaxing, great amenities, awesome pool, and even a pickleball court! House, casita and outdoor spaces were very clean and well maintained. Loved waking up to the sound of the birds every morning. The Hosts were super attentive and proactive. It is truly a hidden gem in Southern California. Will definitely stay there again!

The pictures don’t do this place justice. Better than our expectations. We took a risk since there were no reviews at the time but we had the best of times! House comfortably fit 14 of us including children, they had “the best days ever” here. The kids have been all over the world on vacation but this was their favorite place so far. They enjoyed feeding the donkey and the horse carrots. We enjoyed the beautiful views from the pickleball court as we played a few games. The pool was the highlight of our trip and we enjoyed the sitting areas throughout the property. We didn’t even get to use the fire pit or the pizza oven since we were so busy with all the other activities on site. Everything looks clean and smells clean. High end appliances with great linens. Just the best staycation ever. The hosts were very responsive and we hope to come back again soon!

A really special oasis in the southern CA mountainside. Amazing outdoor amenities and a spacious home, comfortable for 2 families with room to spare. The kitchen was well stocked and we absolutely loved the outside space. The pool, pickle ball court and all of the fruit trees. Super comfy beds and bedding. Great communication, and a carefree stay all the way around.

Brian and Kierstin were amazing hosts. the space itself is beautiful. My friends and I continuously commented on how peaceful and beautiful the home was. It was amazing to actually be able to see the stars at night. The hosts went the extra mile by giving us a wonderful welcome basket with some goggles, coffee, and a floatie. we wish we could have spent an extra day to fully enjoy the pool during the day but it was heated to a comfortable temperature at night so we at least got to enjoy it then. The fridge was spacious and allowed us to fit all the food we had brought. The beds were very comfortable and the little details in the showers were very relaxing. The parking was easy and any amenities (e.g., toilet paper, paper towels, bath towels, trash bags, etc.) were easy to find.

A very beautiful home, Brian and Kierstin were amazing hosts. The home is very private and makes you feel at home. Will definitely be staying here again
